Customer Service Rep Details :

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 05 : 00pm)
• Customer Engagement : Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide prompt and courteous assistance with inquiries, orders, and concerns.
• Product Knowledge : Develop an understanding of our services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and solutions to customers.
• Starts at $13 an hour. Once hired $15 dollars an hour

Customer Service Rep Qualifications :

• Customer Service Experience : Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably with a focus on lead generation or sales support.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers and convey information effectively.
• Problem-Solving Abilities : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Tech-Savvy : Proficiency with CRM software and other customer service tools.
• Positive Attitude : Enthusiastic, proactive, and customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.
