- $ 18.00 to $ 21.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Answer trouble shooting tickets for software
- Help with installs remotely
- General support questions
- Provide excellent customer service
- Minimum 2 years of college preferred, preferably with some accounting
- 2-3 years Customer Service experience required
- Basic Accounting experience preferred
- Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Have excellent communication skills, written, verbal & listening, with customers and co-workers
- Attention to detail and good problem solving skills
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
