Job Purpose & Responsibilities:

The Logistics Inventory Associate is responsible for the successful daily execution of receiving, stocking, picking, configuring, and shipping of Elos products. He or she will operate with a high degree of safety, responsiveness, and accuracy to ensure the highest level of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Logistics Associate III will be a key member of the operations team to help develop sound processes and standards and to provide indirect leadership to other associates.

* Processing, packaging and shipping orders accurately and on time using system provided documentation

* Receive, unload and put away incoming inventory items accurately and appropriately

* General maintenance, organization, and cleaning of shipping, receiving, storage, and service areas

* Operation of various types of material handling equipment including narrow aisle reach trucks and forklifts in compliance with Elos safety procedures

* Conduct or participate in weekly inventory cycle counts to ensure inventory availability accuracy

* Perform high level OS (Operating System) loads across various product lines

* Provide leadership support for all functions within the operation as needed

* Must adhere to Company EH&S policy and procedures when preforming job duties

* Other duties or tasks as assigned by manager

Minimum Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution

* At least 7 years of logistics experience

* 2 years of SAP experience within a warehouse environment

* Certified and licensed to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other material handling equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Competent with ERP systems and various technologies including Microsoft Office

* Familiarity with 5S and LEAN/Continuous Improvement methodologies

Specific Professional Skills/Competencies:

* Team player with good communication and organizational skills

* Proficiency with systems, tools, and technologies

* Demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal)

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little to no supervision

Physical Demands:

* Ability to lift up to OSHA single person lift requirements

* Ability to sit, stand, bend or walk for prolonged periods of time
