Full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician position available in Lake Mary FL.

As a working Maintenance Professional, you will work closely with your support team: Community Manager, District Manager, Regional Project manager, and Regional VP.

· We are seeking a candidate that has experience with painting, texturing, plumbing, electrical, cabinet installation, and carpentry. This position is full time. You must have basic hand tools and a valid Driver's License with dependable transportation. You must have the ability to get up alongside of roofs of single-story constructions, be on-call for, and must be comfortable in small spaces as buildings are constructed on a crawl space.

EPA Certified is preferred!

· General Maintenance Activities: Ensures the completion of all market-ready apartments, apartment upgrades, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance activities, community inspections, and maintain immaculate grounds and curb appeal.
