• Responsible Lean Project: Participate in updating the existing manufacturing facility with new Lean improvements, such as fixture and furniture deployment, material and process workflow, system integration, training, and skill development.
• Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement, waste reduction, and increased efficiency.
• Lean Methodology: Assist in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Standard Work, and Continuous Improvement.
• Data Collection: Gather and analyze data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas requiring attention.
• Project Planning: Work with senior engineers to develop project plans, set goals, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Problem Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex manufacturing issues and contribute to root cause analysis.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, document process changes, and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed.
• Training and Education: Participate in training sessions and workshops related to manufacturing topics.
• Reporting: Prepare progress reports and communicate results to team members and management.
• All other duties as assigned

• Strong interest in Lean Manufacturing principles and process optimization.
• Basic concept of DFM/DFA
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• A plus for knowledge or experience in PLM, ERP (including SCM) and MES, such as Agile, Dynamic 365 and PowerBI.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
