Dental Front Desk
Established patient health-centered dental practice located in Henderson, is seeking the right candidate to fill the important position of front desk patient coordinator. We love our established patient base and need someone who can love them just as much as we do! This position is often one of the first point-of-contact for current and new patients. The ideal candidate will have a positive outgoing attitude, the ability to connect with patients with the highest level of customer service, and be system-oriented. The position requires someone who is completely comfortable discussing money, understands fears of coming to the dentist, getting to know our patients, and assisting our front office with a big, genuine smile! The candidate must have an outgoing personality and have the ability to talk openly with others.
Candidates must have at least 1 years of dental front desk experience using Dentrix for creating treatment plans to billing and general office reception duties.
Needed Skills
· Checking patients in and out
· Answer the phone and assist patients with scheduling
· Collect co-pays and deductibles
· Maintain patient communication via text and email
· Schedule recalls
· Answer phones with a positive attitude
· Stay on top of the recall system;
· Team player
· Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
· Track patient treatment acceptance and document patient interactions appropriately.
· Use appropriate dental scripting while talking to patient
Current workweek hours are between 30-35/week.
Lunch is typically 30 min to 1 hour each day worked.
Salary range $18-20 hour depending on experience.
