Job Details:
- Mixer Operators
- $17.00 Pay Rate - After training (30-60 Days) $20.00
- Shift Premium:
- $1.00 - 2nd Shift - Hours 3:30pm to midnight
- $2.00 - 3rd Shift - Hours 11:30pm to 8:00am
- Experience Required
- Monday - Friday / 8 hours shift
- Training hours are on 1st shift / 7:30am to 4:00pm for 30-60 days
Purpose:
- Health, Vision Dental (after some time).

- Uniforms were ordered after 2-weeks on the job.
- $75.00 Work boots/shoe reimbursement after 45 days of hire.
Perform day-to-day production operations in the assigned workstation, including, but not limited to:
- Pre-weighing and preparing raw baking ingredients.
- Combining dry and wet ingredients in industrial-sized mixers.
- Ensure cookie product ingredients are mixed as the recipe specifies.
- Ensure cookie product quality conforms to quality standards through the baking process.
- Ensure cookie products are wrapped/bagged, and correct problems with machinery settings.
- Seal-out boxed cookie products with correct labeling for warehouse storage and shipping.
- Breaking down and installing rollers, dies, rotaries, and other machinery parts.
- Washing equipment and parts between production changeovers.
- Maintain equipment in sanitary and working conditions.
- Compliance with company-wide Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- High School diploma or GED.
- Manufacturing or Food Handling industry knowledge.
- Being able to consistently lift to 50 lbs.
- Industrial Technical or Machinery experience.
- Basic hand tool and computer user interface knowledge.
- Food and Safety knowledge.
- Box cutter.
- Spatulas, scoops, and scrapers.
- Scales.
- Computer and bar code scanner.
- Forklift.
