As an Accountant, you’ll be:
- Personally mentored by our company’s CFO
- Fully cross-trained with members of the Finance team
- Assist the CFO and Senior Accountant with all financial operations, including journal entries and preparation of balance sheets
- Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze and interpret financial data, resolving discrepancies
- Maintaining billing information and auditing Sales Orders for correct documentation (PO’s, Tax Exemptions, correct AP contact information)
- Facilitating the month end/year end closing process
- Communicating with both internal customers and external vendors over the phone, in-person, and electronically in a professional, friendly manner
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled financial reports
- Provide general support to other members of the Finance Department as needed
- Performing other related duties and tasks as assigned

We are looking for an Accountant. Do you have what it takes?
- Education: BSc or BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 or related software
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
