Elliott Ace Hardware is a local, family-owned business started in Elm Grove, Wisconsin in 1957. We operate four Ace Hardware stores in the Milwaukee area, including Elm Grove, West Allis, Pewaukee, and Muskego.

General Summary
Small engine repairs. Duties include but are not limited to the following.

Customer Service
• Provide positive representation of the store.
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems and explaining the repairs needed or done.
• Greet customers entering and throughout the store. Thank customers when finished and when they are leaving the store.

Store Operations
• Repair of Stihl products and other small engines.
• Order parts needed for repairs.
• Assist with daily maintenance, orderliness and cleanliness of the department.
• File warranty claims.

Leadership
• Lead by example; be approachable by all associates and customers.

Experience
• Experience of Stihl products and small engine repair is helpful but not required.

• Must be able to work 20-26 hours per week. The ability to be flexible to changes in hours to cover vacations, illnesses, and seasonal needs.
