Ellie’s Table at The Boardwalk - Front of House

We are looking to add to our Ellie’s Table at The Boardwalk team! Located in Irvine at The Boardwalk, Ellie’s Table, a Jay’s Catering Company, is a celebration of Eleanor Mastroianni and her culinary talents. Not only are we known for our hand-crafted French pastries, filling breakfast options, Famous Palm Sandwiches, and fine gourmet coffee, but we also take pride in our friendly staff and involvement in the local community to ensure our slogan: Happiness is Homemade.

Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour including gratuity

Job Type:
Part-Time with ability to take on additional shifts as needed

Schedule:
10am-4pm
Approximately 3 days / week, 6 hours / day - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Café is open Monday – Friday and closed on the weekends.

Essential Job Duties:

• Must be willing to learn about coffee, drink, and our catering products
• Communicate professionally and clearly with guests and coworkers
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a very fast-paced work environment
• Be knowledgeable and passionate about our food
• Keep an orderly restaurant by maintaining cleanliness of all surfaces and spaces – walls, windows, doors, shelving, tables, floors, etc.
• Operate a POS system and handle money.

Additional Details:

• Able to lift to up to 25lbs
• Work effectively within a team
• Server experience helpful
