Role Description:

As a bartender at Ella Elli, you will be at the heart of our restaurant’s operation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide friendly, efficient, and personalized beverage service to our guests. You will craft a variety of cocktails, from classic recipes to our signature drinks, and assist guests in selecting beverages that complement their meals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests in accordance with our restaurant’s recipes and standards.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our drink menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
• Ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Monitor bar supply inventory, making requisitions as needed.
• Adhere to all local and national liquor laws.
• Provide excellent customer service, creating an engaging and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Process transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender, with a minimum of 1 years in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks with a passion for the craft of bartending.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Current certification as required by state/local laws regarding alcohol service and food handling.
