Essential Functions:
- Welcome all guests when entering the shop, as well as answer incoming phones.
- Take food and beverage orders, serve alcohol, and deliver orders.
- Assist in the golf cart cleanup, refilling gas in golf carts, and general room cleanup.
- Develop product knowledge to share with guests and encourage additional purchases.
- Reserve tee-times
- Collect payments using computer system and cash register.
- Develops relationships with customers to assure returning customer base.
- Assist guests using fitting rooms, offering to exchange items as needed.
- Maintain a professional working relationship with other Pro Shop Hosts and supervisors.
