The Safety worker position is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our customers and spectators, assisting them and providing services as needed. Providing our customers with a safe environment and assisting with emergencies as needed. This is a part-time seasonal worker from April – October.

Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:

As part of the Safety team, you will provide safety and aid to Road America’s customers and guests, on and off the race track. You will ensure the safety of all by enforcing the rules of Road America. At times, you will need to assist with traffic and crowd control and also emergencies as needed. 

Qualifications: 

All candidates must be at least 18 years of age, must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent verbal communication skills. State of Wisconsin EMS license or firefighter experience is recommended.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands. The employee is subject to the outside environment conditions. Also, subject to noise and fast-moving objects. Must have the ability to lift at least 50 lbs. occasionally.
