- Customer Interaction and Hospitality:
- Warmly greet and engage with customers, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance of the store and its products (folding apparel, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, fitting rooms, etc.)
- Provide information and guidance to guests and ensure they have the best shopping experience possible.
- Restocking and inventory assessment by informing retail manager of low volumes and customer requests.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance to create a pleasant environment for both customers and colleagues.
- Guest Assistance and Information:
- Provide helpful information and guidance to guests, enhancing their overall experience.
- Ensure guests’ inquiries are promptly addressed, whether it’s about products, services, or the store layout.
- Help customers find event, track or tourism-related information.
