- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
- Create engaging content for social media channels, including writing captions, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement metrics.
- Support the planning and coordination of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas and strategies for marketing initiatives.
- Assist with the management of marketing databases and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics and providing insights for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
