Customer Service/Sales Representative
We are looking for a positive,professional and well-spoken Customer Service Manager/Inside SalesRepresentative to join our growing team in Cullman, AL. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing our customer service department. The customer service department is our customers’ first point of contact, which is responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer support experience. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets. To be successful as an inside sales representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top inside sales representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.
There is an opportunity for future growth with this role. This is an in-office job and does not have an opportunity for remote work.
Duties:
· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
· Working closely with the other departments to ensure all information is available that needs to be coordinated and communicated with the customers.
· Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
· Communicating with customers through various channels.
· Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
· Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
· Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
· Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
· Updating customer information in the company database.
· Communicating and coordinating with coworkers as necessary.
· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
· Completing basic clerical work including word processing, copying and filing as necessary.
· Troubleshooting and providing technical support to customers with product and service issues as needed.
· Performing other duties as assigned.
· Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
· Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
· Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
· Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
· Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
· Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
· Staying informed about competing products and services.
· Upselling products and services.
· Researching and qualifying new leads.
· Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
