Elk River Harley-Davidson is looking for a dedicated, career-minded Parts Counter Person to assist technicians and customers in dispensing and purchasing needed parts and supplies. Our ideal candidate must be organized, customer-focused, and highly motivated.

Responsibilities - Parts Counter Person:

• Issue parts and accessories promptly to technicians from the service parts counter.
• Track all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership.
• Handle incoming phone calls efficiently.
• Good customer service skills required
• Control files, reference books, and other paperwork at the parts counter
• Look up and sell motorcycle parts to all customers: shop, over the counter, wholesale, and by phone
• Take inventory of stock
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts

Requirements - Parts Counter Person:

• Those with Parts or Service Dept. experience in RV, Auto, Motorsport, Powersport, or Marine Dealership Settings are encouraged to apply!
• Motorcycle experience is a plus!
• Prompt and dependable work attendance
• Friendly and good customer service skills
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
