What you will be doing:
- Conduct on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs of access control, camera, burglar alarm, and A/V systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize system downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients to identify their specific needs and provide tailored solutions to address their requirements.
- Set up and program systems in accordance with provided specifications, guaranteeing optimal functionality and seamless integration.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians, fostering their professional development and growth.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance knowledge and skills
You are a RockStar and just what we need if you:
- Proficiency with access control systems, including Brivo, Doorking, Linear, Openpath, and Keri.
- In-depth knowledge of camera systems, such as Digital Watchdog, Geovision, and Eagle Eye.
- Expertise in burglar alarm systems, including Honeywell Vista Panels, Lynx Touch, and ProA7.
- Familiarity with A/V systems, including 70V commercial systems, Russound, Control4, and Crestron.
- Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols, with the ability to troubleshoot network-related issues.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to handle complex technical challenges
