As a Senior Specialty Technician, you'll be integral to maintaining the smooth operation of our diverse range of Access Control, Networking, Burglar Alarm, A/V, and Video Surveillance systems across numerous client properties. Drawing upon your extensive experience and expertise, your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing these systems to uphold top-notch performance and reliability standards.

What you will be doing:

  • Conduct on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs of access control, camera, burglar alarm, and A/V systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to minimize system downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify their specific needs and provide tailored solutions to address their requirements.
  • Set up and program systems in accordance with provided specifications, guaranteeing optimal functionality and seamless integration.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians, fostering their professional development and growth.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance knowledge and skills

You are a RockStar and just what we need if you:

  • Proficiency with access control systems, including Brivo, Doorking, Linear, Openpath, and Keri.
  • In-depth knowledge of camera systems, such as Digital Watchdog, Geovision, and Eagle Eye.
  • Expertise in burglar alarm systems, including Honeywell Vista Panels, Lynx Touch, and ProA7.
  • Familiarity with A/V systems, including 70V commercial systems, Russound, Control4, and Crestron.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols, with the ability to troubleshoot network-related issues.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to handle complex technical challenges
