Warehouse Coordinator

The General office- Administrative Assistant is responsible for a facility and commercial support functions primarily related to daily billing, shipping support, inventory control, returns / credits and office supply management.

Essential Functions :

• Professionally administering and directing incoming office calls
• Greets visitors and guests in a professional and timely manner
• Perform a variety of office / clerical duties such as daily billing, scanning documents, incoming mail, and filing
• Assists in the ordering, and distribution of office supplies
• Manages internal and external operations requests for expedites, tracking information, and certification request
• Assist with warehouse functions such as light packaging and organization as needed

Qualifications :

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent GED
• Minimum 2 years general office experience
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Excel
• Experience working in a warehouse setting
• Previous Inventory experience
• Detailed data entry experience
• Able to work in a team environment while fulfilling objectives with minimum direct supervision
• Experience with SAP Temporary to Hire

22.00-25.00 / hr DOE
