Description

Job Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible to deliver on-brand print and digital requests within the

Marketing Department. The person in this role will work independently while reporting to the

Creative Manager on a range of projects across the Elite Sportswear brand portfolio. This role is

responsible for driving the brands forward through executing one-of-a-kind, brand consistent

content while possessing a keen eye for design aesthetics. Come join an awesome group of

Responsibilities

• Create original design ideas and artwork that drives brands forward

• Ability to design in full adherence to brand guidelines bringing consistency between various

business deliverables to create a strong brand identity

• Create and present design mockups for revision and feedback

• Execute print marketing materials including pagination, execution, review, proofreading and

proofing set-ups of print collateral to ensure creative is print-ready.

• Support creative direction, quality assurance and model and crew direction at photoshoots

• Collaborate with Creative & Marketing team and Creative Manager on a weekly basis

• Execute post-production process of photoshoots including color correction, editing, and

retouching on product and editorial photography

• Execution and delivery of photoshoot documents to ensure a well-planned photoshoot –

Shot lists, hair and makeup inspiration, creative inspiration, etc.

• Support in the creation of digital launch material

• Maintain timeline and workflow of projects in order to meet fast-paced deadlines

• Assist team with design projects and other needs as assigned

Requirements

• 2-5 years of graphic design experience or experience in a similar role

• Work from Elite Sportswear corporate office in Reading, Pennsylvania

• Knowledge of print and digital design, execution processes and best practices

• Photoshoot experience

• Photo retouching experience

• Ability to travel for photoshoots

• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities

• In depth knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

• Ability to receive constructive critic to created work

• Willingness to jump into various marketing and creative ventures

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A keen eye for visual details & aesthetics.

• Ability to convey a “Team First” mentality

• MUST have a positive attitude

• Video editing experience, a plus

• Background in sports, not required

Requirements

Must be local to Reading, PA with the ability to work hybrid schedule.
