Job Summary:
The Inventory Controller is responsible for the digital tracking and issuance of Elite Spice Inventory, while meeting company and customer requirements.
Essential Duties:
· Complete data entry for material moving into stock, out of stock and transfers between warehouses.
· Issue product accurately while ensuring customer requirements are met.
· Effectively communicate verbally and electronically with various internal departments regarding status of orders.
· Check physical inventory stock against the digital inventory to ensure quantities on hand are accurate.
· Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule.
· Comply with all of Elite Spice’s policies, procedures, general safety, and food safety guidelines
· Attend all applicable meetings and trainings
· Perform other tasks as directed by your supervisor
Qualifications:
· Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong research and analytical skills
· Willingness to learn and adapt
· Ability to work well under stress
· Ability to be organized and follow up on tasks
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Must possess time-management, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
· Self-motivated with a strong worth ethic and great attitude.
