**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, project management, and cost control. If you have a passion for negotiating contracts and ensuring accurate pricing in the construction industry, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities:** - Oversee the estimation process for construction projects from start to finish - Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing - Build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients - Utilize software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam for accurate estimates - Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures - Collaborate with the project management team to ensure accurate bidding - Review and analyze contract terms and conditions **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field - Proven experience in construction estimating and contract negotiation - Strong knowledge of project management principles - Proficiency in HeavyBid, Bluebeam, or similar estimating software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for construction estimating and price accuracy, we encourage you to apply for the Estimating Manager position. Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Bonus opportunities

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Construction estimating: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Jacksonville, FL (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Jacksonville, FL: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
