Elite Pro Painting is looking to hire a sales representative in the Indianapolis area to manage company provided leads. We are developing our next generation of territory managers. Painting knowledge is not required.

We promote based on performance and not on seniority. Being in an Inc 5000 company, you can get promoted quickly based on effort and your specific skillset.
Whether you want to run your own territory or lead the company in sales, we provide the training and resources to succeed.
You will start your training by being assigned to a specific territory where you will begin to learn crucial business skills from sales to production to coordination to client services. Through our multi-phase training program, there will be checkpoints and evaluations that will result in increased pay, bonuses, and promotion. While leads will be provided, there will be some prospecting to get the numbers needed to hit your sales goals.
