We are seeking CNAs, HHAs, and MAs of EXCELLENCE to become a part of our team of ELITE Care Providers! You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home or in a care facility. This position is Monday Through Friday 7am to 3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am all three shifts available weekly we look forward to speaking with you.

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
• Provide specialized healthcare such assisting in administering medication and changing bandages
• Teach family members ways to care for patient
• Provide clinical documentation of visits

Qualifications:

• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Professionalism and outstanding references
• English a MUST

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
