Elite Paving Group, LLC has immediate openings for experienced Commercial Construction Project Managers.

Elite Paving Group is a nationwide service provider of Asphalt and Concrete maintenance and capital projects. With years of combined experience and knowledge in the field, we understand the asphalt and concrete business. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, our work is completed throughout the country.

Responsibilities

· Oversee the day-to-day operations onsite of Asphalt and Concrete projects.

· Striping, signage, and site maintenance projects.

· Oversee Asphalt paving / Concrete crew production schedules with vendors and colleagues, maintaining phasing, schedules and budgets. Experience in ADA and grade elevations.

· Travel is required to project locations, for up to two weeks.

· Report to Operations Manager

· Complete and track daily reports, material quantities progress, and photos as needed.

· Track and report on the job time and expenses.

Preferred Qualifications

· 5-10 years of experience in the commercial civil construction field

· Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

· Strong organizational and construction project management skills

· Industry knowledge in Asphalt and Concrete with the ability to read construction plans, quantity takeoffs, field measurements,

· Detail-oriented and strong communication skills

· Team player with a positive attitude, professionalism, and good interpersonal skills

Salary: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Depending on experience
