Start Date : Uponclearing HR compliances

Contract 3Months with possible extension

Shift : 2 : 30 PM to 01 : 00 AM

Pay Rate : $28.00 / Hour

Attendance / PerformanceAppreciation : Up to $250 / Month as Gift Cards(NonTaxable)

SUMMARY

To effectivelyprioritize and complete CMM inspections to ensure acceptablecompliance to customer requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES

• Performand complete part inspections needed to support the productiondepartment needs.
• Prioritize daily inspectionactivities appropriately taking into consideration manufacturingschedules urgency of the job and effective use of manufacturing andCMM machine time.
• Responsible for daily upkeepand condition of CMM equipment and accessories.
• Perform CMM and other inspection needs as directed withinthe Quality department.
• Responsible for seeingthat probes are in good working condition and are incalibration.
• Must work with all colleagueswithin the Quality department to see that productions quality needsare met during any employee absences award times or overtimeneeds.
• Responsible for reporting any damage orfailure of any machinery or equipment that occurs during theirshift to the Quality Control Supervisor CMM programmer and allother operators so they are aware of the current condition of theequipment.
• Responsible for maintaining the CMMrequest log during the shift.
• Responsible formaintaining and implementing quality improvements asdirected.
• Responsible for performing CMMrequirements for PPAP as directed.
• Responsiblefor communicating any shift problems to the nextoperator.
• Responsible for maintaining theaccuracy and availability of the Quality departments master printfile during their shift.

EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous CMM or Quality experience ortraining.
• Familiarity with machining processesand machine shop practices.
