Duties:

• Manage all aspects of the nightclub's daily operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory control
• Ensure smooth functioning of bar and kitchen operations, including food preparation and service
• Oversee team members, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
• Conduct interviews, hire, and train new staff members
• Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
