Elite Generations is hiring an Entry Level Account Manager to join their Dallas based sales and fundraising team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about giving back, and looking to take their career to the next level. In this entry level role, you will work closely with senior members of our team to create various community based outreach campaigns aimed at drawing awareness and generating revenue for our non-profit partners. Our unique outreach methods capitalize on our team's outgoing personalities and ability to connect with potential customers and members of the community in person.

The demand for our services in Dallas has grown quicker than we could have anticipated, which has created an immediate need for an Entry Level Account Manager. In this role, you will work on-site at various booth style events throughout the community with the goal of generating revenue on behalf of our clients. While training on how to manage and over see accounts, this position requires a high level of customer engagement and requires a high level of communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct promotional presentations to showcase our clients outreach goals and generate revenue
• Develop and execute community outreach events to increase our clients brand visibility and market presence
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the our clients at various community functions and events
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and community engagement efforts

Requirements:

• At least some college coursework or related work experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated interest in sales, community engagement, and fostering positive relationships
• Flexibility to travel locally for community outreach events

The pay for this position is based on performance and based on commission.

Pay: $750.00 - $1,000.00 per week
