Duties and Responsibilities
- Builds new physical Windows servers and performs lifecycle operation on servers
- Maintains windows servers and application services, including addressing operational systems issues such as file and sharing permissions management, account management, patch management and application installation.
- Monitors and configures Windows 2008/2012 server operating systems to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining VMware environments
- Assists in maintaining Dell storage systems
- Troubleshoots a wide variety of issues
- 3-5 years of experience in Windows Server Administration
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Precise hand-eye coordination
- Ability to understand verbal and written instruction
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree
