Heavy Construction General Laborer
Heavy Construction Laborers are responsible for performing physical labor using hand tools and equipment to construct, alter repair and maintain structures.
Duties
- Preparing construction sites, loading and unloading equipment or materials, and removing debris.
- They also install fixtures, assemble and disassemble temporary structures at the job site, handle hazardous materials, and assist contractors.
- Ability to lift 50
- Able to read a tape measure
- Understands the proper use of PPE
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED), preferred
