Elite Business Resources is Hiring a Facilities Tech Near Shreveport, LA
Facility Technicians are responsible for overseeing the plant’s cosmetic upkeep. This includes changing light bulbs, painting, escorting 3rd party vendors and light repairs of faulty facility equipment.
Duties
- Observes condition of property in general and reports to management as needed
- Assist with minor repairs as needed
- Assist in maintaining inventory of tools, equipment and supplies
- Replaces burned out light bulbs, broken globes, etc throughout the plant
- Paints offices and production rooms as needed
- Performs ground maintenance ensuring high level of curb appeal
- Above average written and oral communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Uses good safety habits at all times
- Works well with others
- Possesses basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and painting procedures
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
