Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Server Assistant to join our team. The Server Assistant will support the wait staff and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Duties:
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests
- Set and reset tables according to standard procedures
- Clear tables of dishes, glassware, and silverware promptly
- Refill beverages and assist with guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and work stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Experience:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and kitchen etiquette
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Experience in bussing tables is advantageous
