Hybrid Role, must be located in Durham NC or Westlake TX. 

Our financial services client is looking to add a Senior Systems Analyst to support their Architecture team as they craft solutions for agile software delivery teams. You will be part of the architecture team that democratizes philanthropy by collaborating with business partners, understanding business requirements, translating business requirements into system requirements, and making recommendations regarding system functionality. They operate within a fast-paced environment where decisions are customer-centric, data-focused, collaborative, and iterative! As a member of the team, you will deliver value while working with strong leaders who support your development goals.

• Bachelor's degree required
• Five (5) years systems analysis experience required with a combination of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working within an Agile software development framework
• Experience with database query tools / Strong SQL skills to evaluate, interpret, and extracting information from data.
• Solid understanding of API and REST Web Services development, systems integration and interoperability
• Experience documenting, analyzing, and organizing requirements, system specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for development team to follow.
• Experience in clearly communicating and translating highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements

• Have a successful track record delivering digital products in an iterative and fast-paced environment
• Highly analytical and able to gain insights from data; able to conduct root cause analysis
• Able to work independently & as part of a team
• Gather information from various sources and critically evaluate it, reconcile gaps, disseminate system level information to architecture
• Bring broad application & technology knowledge, drawing on your experience with (e.g.) SQL, data modeling, systems analysis and system workflow documentation including BPMN

Nice to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a field of study with a combined business and technical orientation
• Domain experience within financial services
• Ability to thrive within the country's largest grantmaker (over $10BB granted annually for $50BB AUM)
• Multi-functional leadership ability

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
