Primary Duties:
We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual who can tackle the following responsibilities like a champion:
β’ Generate Gage Control reports for overdue/current-month due gages.
β’ Set up, calibrate, and update records for testing equipment.
β’ Ensure safety-compliant product inspections.
β’ Identify, document, and report nonconformances using ERP tools.
β’ Apply testing criteria to specifications.
β’ Organize and send test reports to customers.
β’ Review and accept certifications under Quality Engineer supervision.
β’ Produce certifications for shipments with training.
β’ Create drawings and protocols independently under supervision.
β’ Generate portions of or complete PPAP packages with training.
β’ Interface with management for work priorities and progress.
β’ Conduct in-process and receiving inspections as directed.
β’ Perform final audits of products and paperwork.
β’ Report discrepancies and complete non-conformance reporting.
β’ Complete necessary certification reports for all products.
