This is Butler’s Pantry.

Butler's Pantry is looking for someone to get our clients their food on time

and looking like it’s fresh out of the oven as a Delivery Operations Coordinator.

Butler's Pantry is looking for a new team member that can execute the full life cycle of a delivery, from the checkout process of food to the safe return of our company vehicle. This person must be reliable and committed to being on-time. They must also be friendly and professional, both in the work place and while on-site with the client.

Your COMMITMENT to us:

GET THE JOB DONE (The necessary stuff)

  • Safely driving company vehicles to and from destinations
  • Interpreting packing lists, ensuring all requested equipment is pulled & packed in an organized manner
  • Double checking work for accuracy
  • Communicating with the kitchen lead to check out all food and ensure you are not missing any culinary items
  • Loading and unloading vehicles efficiently, maintaining the cleanliness of all vehicles in the Butler’s Pantry fleet
  • Paying attention to delivery details on the Packing List, ensuring you know where you are going, noting any delivery instructions, and who is the on-site contact before departing the commissary with food and equipment
  • Assisting all departments with drop offs or pick-ups, including but not limited to rentals, linen & culinary items
  • Ensuring that the coffee station, chef’s paper goods table & paper goods storage area are clean and orderly before completing your shift
  • Communicating daily with the Delivery Operations Manager to ensure understanding and successful completion of all assigned tasks

Additional Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Current & Valid Driver’s License is required
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Current & Valid Auto Insurance is required
  • ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Take direction from managers in multiple departments
  • Handle fast-paced, high stress environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Physically demanding responsibilities - ability to lift upwards of 25 lbs., sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
