THE ROLEAs a Senior Project Manager, you will support leadership in designing project management strategies and roadmap and lead Project Management activities for Elevo’s Technology Team and other departments. You’ll work directly with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage implementation projects across the enterprise and build out existing systems to meet current and future needs. This role will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with additional partnerships with functional department heads as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of technology roadmaps with capacity analysis for project execution
• Work with CFO and Technology leaders to develop budget and resources needed to complete project(s) within a planned time frame
• Create and manage project plan(s) and plan resources
• Implement projects within budget, scope, and timelines
• Work directly with vendors as well as internal clients and stakeholders to ensure project(s) are managed efficiently, stay on track, and has a successful outcome, meeting needs and expectations
• Recommend and implement actions when and where projects fall behind schedule
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure deliverables are met
• Lead testing process, including ensuring robust test scripts are created and followed and issues are resolved
• Lead regular reporting on project progress to stakeholders and leaders
• Lead and manage change management initiatives to ensure adequate user acceptance and adoption of product(s)

POSITION QUALIFICATIONSRequirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Project Management role, with a focus on technology implementations 
• Must have led multiple projects with significant levels of complexity
• Experience using project management software
• Ability to manage scope and resources to a budget
• Prior experience leading and driving multiple technology implementation projects at one time

Preferred:

• PMI Certification
• Experience using agile methodologies
• Change management and communication experience
• Knowledge of HR technology industry including HCM, HRIS, ATS and CRM platforms
• Knowledge of Asana, Paradox, ADP, HubSpot, and Quinyx a plus

The target annual base pay range for this position is $85,000-$115,000 Final pay determinations may depend on various factors including, but not limited to, experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, and skills.
