Elevation Foodservice Reps is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales

About the Role:

  • Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Support and Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM, ensuring all sales opportunities and project details are up-to-date.
  • Sales Opportunity Management: Efficiently manage and route qualified sales opportunities to the appropriate managers for further development and closure.

Expected Outcomes:

Within 15 Days:

  • Familiarize yourself with the company’s product offerings and sales processes.
  • Begin daily use of CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions.
  • Understand the company’s pricing structure and how to manage and update quotes and purchase orders.

Within 30 Days:

  • Independently handle initial customer inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Start routing qualified opportunities to sales managers and support the preparation and updating of quotes and sales reports.
  • Achieve a basic level of competency in managing Auto Quotes, other sales opportunities and tools.

Within 60 Days:

  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple customer relationships and sales projects independently.
  • Show effective use of CRM to track all phases of the sales cycle and contribute to achieving team sales targets.

Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience (preferably in food service).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and persuasive communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work full-time and onsite with occasional travel (up to 10%)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the food service industry.
  • Additional training or certifications in sales techniques.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, onsite with occasional travel to industry events.

Compensation:

  • 50-65 with benefits.
  • 100% health insurance coverage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
