Elevated Technologies LLC is Hiring a Data Analyst Near Yuma, AZ

JOB SUMMARY:
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative analytical information to the Maintenance Manager/Site Manager/Test Team allowing a continuous review of the management practices.
  • Collect, collate, and analyze maintenance/testing data in support of Maintenance/Test Management Programs, trend analysis requirements and the Management Information System.
  • Provide analytical reports of system material condition, utilization, maintenance workload, manpower utilization, failure trends and other reports as required.
  • May be required to handle hazardous materials in performance of assigned duties.
  • Responsible for the management of all aspects of the Maintenance Data System (MDS) reports/inquiries at the activity level.
  • Must be customer oriented.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Provide management with analytical reports on system material condition and utilization, maintenance workload, manpower utilization, failure trends, and other reports.
  • Collect, screen, forward all MDS information.
  • Collect data, prepare, and submit the Monthly Maintenance Summary.
  • Conduct MDS training for maintenance personnel.
  • Coordinate with Data Service Facility in resolving MDS problem areas when required.
  • Provide charts, graphs, and displays for presentations and monthly plans, as required.
  • Assist management in determining specific requirements for new types of data reports necessary to support the maintenance effort.
  • Must have working knowledge of System Administrator/Analyst (SA/A)

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Must be able to collect data and generate clear, concise specialty reports as requested.
  • Must be able to compute statistics, analyze, separate data, and generate reports from available data.
  • Must have mathematical computation ability.
  • Maintain appropriate records of all work accomplished.
  • Must be able to workday shift, night shift or weekend duty and travel as part of a detachment as required.
  • Will have experience writing with clarity and technical accuracy.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by management.
  • Provides technical assistance, guidance and instruction as required.
  • Maintains and/or completes required records and applicable maintenance forms.
  • Practice good housekeeping, tool control, hazard awareness/prevention and safety at all times.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
  • Must have two years of experience (within the last five years) working with MDS’.
  • Must have the ability to provide the local expertise necessary to resolve MDS problems and ensure smooth systems operations.
  • Must have sufficient knowledge and experience to effectively provide qualitative and quantitative analytical information to the COR.
  • Must be able to qualify to operate/maintain the company network system within a prescribed time period.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a secret clearance.
  • Must be a US citizen and High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Must read, write, speak, and understand English.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • This classification activity is usually accomplished in an office like environment and as such requires the scope of physical movements and postures normally associated with office activities.
  • Will occasionally be required to perform onsite operational activities to include moderate lifting, line handling, verbal communication within the team, and site cleanups.
  • Special vision abilities required to perform this job are close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • The diversity of work conditions may range from an environment where there is little or no physical discomfort, to an environment which is typical of an office setting.
  • May be required to work in areas where high noise hazards prevail.
  • May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
  • May be exposed to electrical shock hazards.
  • Typical work schedule will cover days, nights, and weekends to support 24/7 Operations.

  • Specialty or as Directed by Management
  • Driver’s License
