Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a strong team player who is coachable, adaptable, and driven to provide excellent patient care and service. Experience is strongly preferred, however, we are open to training a stand-out candidate with a demonstrable aptitude and enthusiasm for the role.

Essential Duties

  • Preparing exam rooms, sterilizing instruments, and setting up for dental procedures
  • Welcoming patients when they arrive and guiding them through a seamless visit
  • Assisting dentist during procedures with astute anticipation of instrument needs
  • Perform lab tasks as instructed
  • Deliver post-operative care instructions
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Assist patient coordinators in providing treatment plans, general administrative tasks, and other duties to maintain the dental practice

Qualifications

  • Experience in providing exceptional patient care
  • Outstanding professionalism, high moral standards, and a self-motivated work ethic
  • Coachable, with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Previous experience with dental patient management software or the ability to quickly learn new computer systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Office Hours

Enjoy a 4-day work week with office hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
