Are you looking to develop your skills in mental health or substance use treatment? Here is a GREAT Full TIME 1st shift (7-3pm), rotating weekends opportunity in Sheboygan providing community-based support for individuals working to manage their mental health and / or substance use disorders.

Support individuals in remaining independent in the community through supportive skill development and medication management provided 1 : 1 in home and in the community.

Salary range $16-17. Opportunity for more hours available, program operates 365 days a year. Training and CCS certification provided upon hire.

Qualifications : - High school diploma - Ability to do the following tasks : Alternating between sitting and standing, walking, stairs, stooping, lifting 10 lbs, reaching overhead and below - Experience in adult care, mental health or substance use services, preferred - Caring and person-centered approach - Valid Driver's License and eligibility to be covered by Elevate insurance coverage required to drive Elevate vehicles Interested but don’t meet all the qualifications?
