Elevate Medical Solutions is Hiring a Remote Director, Business Development, Revenue Cycle Services

The Director, Business Development - Revenue Cycle Services is responsible for driving growth and expanding the client base within the coding division.
This role involves generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals for revenue cycle services, with a focus on coding and auditing.
The incumbent will play a pivotal role in consultative selling, proposal development, and sales cycle management. This is a full-time remote job opportunity.
Essential Job duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Generation (25%)
  • Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Utilize various channels such as networking and industry events, cold calling, and digital platforms to generate leads.
  • Partner with marketing in campaign development and strategic planning to support sales and lead generation
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and strategic priorities.
Consultative Selling (30%)
  • Engage with key stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions.
  • Articulate the value proposition of coding and auditing services effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance as a trusted advisor.
Proposal Development (20%)
  • Collaborate with operations leaders to develop comprehensive proposals and presentations.
  • Ensure that proposals align with client requirements and address specific challenges.
  • Participate in contract negotiation and closure processes.
Relationship Management (15%)
  • Foster long-term, strategic relationships with key clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to inform product development strategies.
Sales Cycle Management (10%)
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical coding sales with a proven track record of success. Other business-to-business sales experience in the healthcare field may be considered.
  • In-depth understanding of revenue cycle management processes, including coding, billing, and compliance.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience with Hubspot preferred but not required.
