Job Description 
The Manging Director is a brand ambassador and leader of Elevate Entertainment Group’s largest flagship venues, all of which feature numerous revenue centers such as full-sized kitchens and bars, cinema, bowling, and complex gaming operations. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the venues operation, from strategic planning and business development to day-to-day management. This includes profit and loss management, expense control, people strategy, maximizing revenue opportunities, ensuring guest satisfaction, and execution of all policies and procedures in partnership with the Elevate Support Center (ESC). 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
Financial Responsibilities: 
  • Execute Elevate’s business strategy to achieve financial goals and enhance overall performance. 
  • Ensure attainment of budgeted sales results and control expenses to budget. 
  • Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and expense control to maximize profitability. 
  • Evaluate financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth. 
  • Manage and maintain appropriate inventory levels for food, beverage, alcohol, supplies and equipment. 
Venue Operation Responsibilities: 
  • Identify and capitalize on market trends, ensuring the venue remains a competitive and innovative destination. 
  • Implement and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety throughout the venue. 
  • Hold regular meetings and conference calls to communicate company directives and reinforce policies and procedures. 
People Responsibilities: 
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and facility maintenance, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. 
  • Execute and optimize operational processes to enhance guest satisfaction and cast members productivity. 
  • Provide effective and influential leadership to all managers and cast members.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of managers and cast members. 
  • Working effectively with supervisors, peers, subordinates, guests, vendors, and corporate partners. 
Guest Responsibilities: 
  • Foster a guest-centric culture, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences that exceed expectations. 
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting cast members engagement and retention. 
  • Execute on operational strategies to enhance the guest experience and overall service quality. 
  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Education Experience: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality, management or related field preferred. 
  • Minimum 7years of either dine-in cinema, family entertainment center , hospitality industry or restaurant operations management. 
  • Minimum 3 years of F&B management experience in a high-volume management role ideally with full-service bar and kitchen. 
  • Proven track record of operational excellence. 
  • Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification required. 
  • Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times. 
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs 
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
