Elevate is searchingfor additional remote contract review staff to assist withcommercial and residential claims quality file reviews.

Hours areflexible within certain timeparameters.

Thereare part time and full time contract positions. Compensation is ona 1099 basis per file for work performed.

PositionDuties &Responsibilities

• Reviewsclaim submissions from the field staff and audits work product foraccuracy professionalism and adherence to Elevate carrier andindustryrequirements.
• Packagesand provides interim and finished work product to the carriers andadvances diaries and / or invoices and closes files asnecessary.
• Alertsmanagement of developing or potential issues on claim files asobserved.
• Alertsmanagement to exceptional performance on claim files asobserved.
• Providesdirection and guidance to staff to ensure that they have sufficientknowledge and skill to provide exemplary customer service andresolve claims timely and equitably across all lines ofbusiness.
• Reviewsclient guidelines in order to ensure adherence to clientrequirements and policyholderexpectations.
• Conductsclosed file audits as assigned to ensure that claims are handledaccording to company policies andprocedures.
• Assistsin design of workflows processes and techniques with a focus oncontinual processdevelopment.

Requirements&Qualifications

• Threeyears minimum experience of increasing claimsresponsibility.
• Priorfile review experience in a claim handlingsetting.
• Experiencein both carrier and independent adjusting roles ispreferred.
• Experiencein commercial and personal lines claims isrequired.
• Demonstratedeffective verbal and written communicationability.
• Effectivecustomer service organization influence critical thinking conflictmanagement and teamworkskills.
• FileTracexperience ispreferred.
• Xactimate / Xactanalysis experience isrequired.
• Symbilityexperience is aplus.
• Complexloss experience is aplus.
