Job Description :

As a Dietary Manager at Elevate Care, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our residents by overseeing all aspects of our dietary program.

Your responsibilities will include :

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's / Associate’s degree in Nutrition, Food Service Management, or related field preferred.
  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in dietary management, preferably in a long-term care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, special diets, and food safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office and dietary management software.
