Responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of moderate complexity, often multi-channel, marketing campaigns by providing project management and/or executional support and may provide direction to a Project Coordinator.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Supports marketing strategies by ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope and on budget.
• Provides strategic counsel and executes project management best practices and tactics that align with brand objectives/goals.
• Supports the strategy and leads planning for assigned brands and phases across the entire consumer lifecycle.
• Develops functional specifications and requirement documents.
• Develops and manages project timelines.
• Collaborates with a large group of stakeholders across Marketing to ensure functional specifications and requirement documents are met.

Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Exceptional Excel skills, tracking communications through approval processes, Sharepoint and Tableau expertise.
• Strong project coordination skills in a communications field.
• Experience managing small to medium company communication projects.
• Advanced experience in MS Excel and Word.
• Advanced to Expert in Sharepoint.
• Large corporation experience is a plus.

Job Type: Contract role.

• Hybrid role.
• Candidate must be located in Woodland Hills, CA area.
• M-F 8-5 working hours.
