The Business Analyst II is responsible for translating basic business needs into application software requirements. How you will make an impact: • Leads and coordinates testing for small to medium initiatives. • Coordinates testing across multiple upstream/downstream applications • Experience in writing the test plans and review with project stake holders • Understand business requirements/ use cases and translate them into test scenarios and test cases • Create and execute test cases • Identify the defects and track it for closure • Leading defect triage meetings with IT and business teams • Identify test data needs and work with Test Data Management (TDM) team to ensure the test data is provisioned in all the required applications • Review test cases and results with business stakeholders and secure sign off’s • Ensures all applicable Agile/ SDLC testing processes are followed. • Executes linkage from test plan to test scenarios and test cases. • Collects testing metrics, reports status as defined in test plan with supporting data. Minimum Requirements: • Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 3 years related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
