We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Virtual Customer Care Specialist. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring exceptional customer service experiences for travelers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals
  • Provide information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel advisories
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
