Salary: 

We are looking for Catering professionals who can work as Event Managers in addition to Event Leads, and Servers/Bartenders when needed!

Our pay scale represents the three roles you may work within our Catering department: 

• Event Manager: $38.45 - $41.45/hr. ($15.45/hr. base wage plus tips which average an additional $23-$26/hr.)
• Event Lead: $33.45 – $38.45h/hr. ($15.45/hr. base wage plus tips which average an additional $18-$23/hr.)
• Server/Bartender: $25.45 - $30.45/hr. ($15.45/hr. base wage plus tips which average an additional $10-$15/hr.)

Schedule: 

On-Call - Weekend Availability is Required

Elephants Catering & Events is perfect for any event, from a casual family gathering to a formal black-tie gala. Few caterers can serve large numbers of guests while maintaining our ambitious standards and commitment to from-scratch cooking with quality ingredients.

As the Event Manager for the Catering team, you are responsible for providing outstanding hospitality to our customers and clients! You would be working closely with our Sales Representative to execute our large events. At the events you are responsible for managing set up, execution of events, clean up, and managing all employees. The ideal candidate should be confident in their ability to manage others and make sensible decisions when any issue arises; this person is also the on-site contact for all our lovely clients. Foodhandlers and OLCC permits are required.

This position requires at least 3 years’ experience as a Banquet Captain, Events Manager, or Lead in a Catering operation.

This position does require a drivers license, a clean driving record, your own vehicle and proof of current insurance.
