We help our customers avoid the FUD by taking a data-driven approach to decision-making, and we provide all the elements needed to navigate the blockchain confidently and efficiently We're looking for a smart, curious, and self-motivated Business Operation Intern who will work with our Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations this summer. Role Overview As a Business Operations Intern, you will spend 10-weeks supporting the day-to-day operations that keep the business growing. You'll work closely with the Operations team to optimize key internal processes, support marketing, sales, and product teams, and help build our community. You are passionate about blockchain and excited to explore fintech startups. You enjoy learning multiple aspects of business, are comfortable with ambiguity, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities
Support Sales and Product teams on key go-to-market initiatives e.g., researching crypto data platform competitors, price benchmarking, etc
Support Marketing on key research initiatives e.g., attend competitor webinars, analyze new product launches, etc
Own the day-to-day monitoring of finances and bills in Ramp
Help optimize key internal processes to boost efficiency for the company e.g., enhancing the company's usage of Hubspot, improve onboarding through BambooHR, etc
Partner with the Business Operations Associate on developing weekly retrospectives and planning virtual / in-person team-building events
Qualifications
Currently a junior or senior in an undergraduate program pursuing a degree in Finance / Business / Economics / STEM
Previous experience (personal or professional) or demonstrated strong interest in the Crypto / Blockchain ecosystems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and contribute to our mission
Comfortable with ambiguity
Able to work from our New York City office 3 days a week between June and September
$30 - $35 an hour Internship Length: This will be a 10-week internship with flexibility around start and end dates between June and September Hour Expectations: 30-40 hours per week with Tuesday-Thursday in our office in FiDi, NYC Pay: $10,000 stipend for the 10-week internship, along with a a daily lunch stipend for days in the office
