ELEMENTS BRANDS is Hiring a Remote Product Manager

Elements Brands / Natural Dog Company (https://naturaldogcompany.com/) is searching for an innovative Product Manager and developer to lead the go-to-market strategy from scoping product development to launching new features and growing our overall user base.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and translate application and customer needs into deliverables.
  • Plan, lead and manage projects to develop and deliver advanced new solutions from the ideation stage, through proof of concept, to prototype, production scale up, etc.
  • Analyze data critically, draw conclusions, and recommend go/no-go decisions to senior leadership.
  • Manage efficient, streamlined workflow processes and working tools for optimal execution accuracy, shortening lead times, lower minimums and costs.
  • Standardize and institute best practices where possible
  • Continuous review of certifications and/or applications in the market for increased product stability and competition
  • Evaluate and submit on-time, accurate development product costing in adherence to critical calendar milestones and margin goals.
  • Additional tasks as needed – We have a tight-knit team and “that’s not my job” doesn’t exist here

Must Haves:

  • 3 or more years of experience (experience in the pet/dog industry is a major plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Can drill down into the nitty-gritty, while stewarding business priorities
  • Comfortable influencing team members at all levels of the organization
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Comfort taking ownership and navigating ambiguity
